I heard from a friend of mine that works with Ford that they have stated in their recent meetings, that they only plan on building 15,000 Lightnings in 2022 and only around 30,000 to 40,000 in 2023. That's a far cry for the amount of reservations that they have already. All of those 2022...

Yep they are, but not sure when its coming out. Heard it was going to be a limited run, but also heard that it will try to compete with the other EV trucks and build alot more.

Front trunk... I really like the 2 options as well, front storage and the bed(if it has a bed cover.

I think Rivian is push the truck to be more offroad the the lightning. We will see how that goes. I know there are a few offroad test drives on YT, but I'm curious how the lightning will do aswell.

The guy took a SVT performance package and put it on a single cab 2022 Lightning! I like it.
